Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I found my passion in human interaction after a performance art documentary project about my journey of committing myself to connect with strangers for a day. The initial idea was to form immediate relationships with strangers through dance in order to provide unconditional, platonic love and attention to anyone appeared in my life. However, the people I approached for the project didn’t feel comfortable with the idea. Frustrated by rejections, I passed by a blood drive and, luckily, an volunteer agreed to dance with me in exchange for having me to donate blood for the first time in my life. In the video, I openly expressed my emotions from excitement, anxiety, impatience and yelling, to tear-shedding while receiving verbal comfort by the videographer who was also a stranger. With the help of strangers, I got to experience how everything is connected by many soon-to-be friends. I proudly wrote down “connecting people” under my life mission statement.

Now in the Spring and Summer of 2015, I'll be going on more adventures that will last longer and connects with more soon-to-be friends.

It'll be a series of 2-3 days to 1 month long cycling trip. Goal is to meet interesting people, take breathtaking photos, share stories to the world, discover secret places, and pet some animals.

Some possible places I'll bike to are:
from Palo Alto to SF, Oakland, Mill Valley, Sonoma Country
