About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get all of us to activly chase our dreams

ABOUT ME

I am a 24 year old Coop student at Purdue University and NASA. Also the project manager, pilot, host, and founder of The World’s Flight.

I was born in Massachusetts, USA but I eventually moved to Germany with my family. We immersed ourselves in the cultures of over 18 different countries which had a huge impact of my view of the world.

I moved back to Keene NH just in time for high school, where I started a computer company in my parent’s basement with a few friends. My junior year I figured out I wanted to design spacecraft and I started up my high school’s space club.

My interest in space led me to the aerospace engineering program at Purdue University where I got involved with a hybrid rocket team, a yearly student run space conference, and I led a team to win a high power rocketry competition. My sophomore year (2009-2010) I got into NASA’s a coop program. Since then I have made over four rotations with NASA where I have managed numerous projects including:

• Designed components for our next lunar and Martian habitat

• Designed and 3D printed a unique structure and body for a hexa-copter vehicle

• Designed components and ran structural analysis four our next generation astronaut operated rover.

• Created Johnson space centers Concept of Operations for large scale composites

Most recently I attained my private pilot’s license in only 42 hours and I will be teaching 3D printing course at my local community college.

It’s also very easy for me to connect with other people, which is good since I love learning about people, understanding what it is that makes them do what they do, and helping enable them to achieve their dreams. This is seriously one of my favorite things to do in life, and I hope to do it on a much larger scale with this project.
