ABOUT ME

I try to be an open and approachable person, excited to hear people's stories over a good conversation and hopefully some laughs, but I strive to be empathetic to people’s energies because we all get tired or need space sometimes. I was born and raised in San Francisco and currently work in Berkeley, but I had moved to Madrid from 2013-15, during which time I had amazing opportunities to travel and couchsurf. Those experiences have been unforgettable, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have met so many different people. You know when we talk about "the time of our lives"? Those were definitely it, but I have a renewed sense that they're constantly in the making, especially through travel and adventure!

I have met up with surfers and hosts to hang out, and I like to couchsurf when I travel. It’s such a cool community!

I moved to Madrid for two years to teach English and travel as much as I could.

Some things I can teach, learn or share: languages, basic piano, massage techniques, recipes, stories, drinks, conversation... pretty much whatever I can! Would love to learn ukelele and guitar.
