ABOUT ME

I recently graduated with my master's in biology at the University of Hawaii. As of right now, I'm a part-time scuba instructor, part-time college instructor and I work at an aquarium- so I stay pretty busy but am always looking for fun. Also, thinking about doing some traveling later on this year and would love to couchsurf and meet up with some of the wonderful people on this site!

I am very respectful of people's beliefs, space, belongings, etc. I am outgoing and love to meet new people! I'm always up for a new adventure :)

I want to be able to travel, stay with new people and experience new cultures around the world!

I love hosting (unfortunately, am not able to always do so) and I love meeting new people! If you're on Oahu, and want some advice on fun, local things to do, send me a message. I am slow to respond at times but I try me best. If I'm free, I'm always willing to meet for dinner/drinks or something fun outdoors (snorkeling, beach, beach volleyball, hiking, etc.) and I'll try to bring some other friends along!

Intereses

I love being outdoors-fishing, hiking, scuba diving, anything in/on/under the water! I also enjoy experiencing different cities/cultures/people, etc in my travels.

Música, películas y libros

Music- I like most music except metal and EDM maybe....I love country, accept pop and love local, island music. I'm always up for listening to live music, no matter what the genre

Movies- I love comedies and action movies...as long as the movie makes me smile/laugh, I'm good!

Books- I mostly like non-fiction for some reason...I love reading stories based on real life events, like Shadow Divers for example (divers finding a hidden, sunk U-boat).

Although I'm not sure I'm considered a great cook, I'd be happy to cook you a meal, help out around the house or whatever you may need! I'm always up for adventure, helping or exploring with new people.
