About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Om shanti shanti shanti

ABOUT ME

I love chatting to people, am outgoing, have a weird phobia of ice skating, have a strange accent that no one can ever pick & love nothing more than hanging out with mates over yummy food & a good bottle of wine!

PHILOSOPHY

It's all about the people & the small things 4 me. I love the feeling of the wind on my face, the smell of rain, good food, when the sun's rays shine through the clouds, good music, yoga, the sound of the waves & VEGEMITE!! I love that stuff!!
Life is grand & is meant to be enjoyed everyday!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only ever surfed & have loved every CSer have stayed with:-) Would SO SO love to host but am living with my folks at the moment & dunno how much my mum would love having all these random travellers trek through her house?? hahaha

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All the people I have couchsurfed with were lotsa fun & made my trip such a memorable experience. 1 couchsurfer lent me his tent so that I could camp on the Great Wall, another showed me some wicked clubs in Shanghai, another introduced me to the mezmorising mountains of sleepy yangshuo & another took me around Kochi on the back of his motorbike!
Now I can't wait to couchsurf on my next adventure!!

Interests

Yoga, reading, sitting peacefully, yoga, watching movies, catching up with friends over a good bottle of wine & yummo food, yoga, eating vegemite & did i mention YOGA??? hahaha:-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most physically challenging & amazing thing for me was climbing Mt Fuji for the sunrise. Not only was it physically tough but getting to the top was so rewarding & like I'd entered another world. I'll never forget watching the sunrise that day, it's 1 of the reasons we're here - to experience the beauty that life has to offer.
