Hi, I'm Kelly! I am originally from Lake Tahoe, California, but am currently living and loving Cape Town, South Africa. I have spent the last seven years backpacking on and off around Asia and Africa. I am a hiking junkie, love camping, yoga, photography and having easy going discussions about life, the universe, and everything :)

One of my favorite parts of travel is the connections that are made. I absolutely love meeting new people and understanding different perspectives. Connecting with others is the path to peace and the antidote of fear.

I love history, literature, and all of the social sciences. I am a wannabe gardener with no green thumb and an aspiring photographer. Hiking is great and I like exploring new places. I love meeting new people and hearing the stories that have made them who they are.
