I'm currently in graduate school to fulfill the dream of being a college professor. My hobbies include drinking coffee, burying my nose in a book, and trying a new recipe. I also run a successful petsitting business!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy indie music such as Bon Iver, The Head and the Heart, Greg Laswell, etc. Best movies are the ones that tell stories in beautiful ways, like Chocolat, Stardust, or Coraline. My favorite novels are fiction and usual involve romance or magic of some kind, such as Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier, The Host by Stephenie Meyer, Stolen by Lucy Christopher, and many more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a published author. My first young adult novel came out in 2013. Since then I've also written novels for middle grade readers, as well. The most recent was released in February of this year.
