ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Oregon, USA, but I have lived in China for the past couple of years. I've taught English two of the four "furnaces of China" (Chongqing and Wuhan), but hopefully I will move somewhere a bit cooler soon. I'm trying to travel and work in every continent. So far I've only been to N. America, Europe, and a bit of E. Asia. Ultimately, I'd like to find work in development.

I have hosted and surfed. My favorite part about hosting is that the guests are always stoked about everything because they are having the time of their lives traveling.

Interessen

I enjoy eating hot pot, playing ultimate frisbee, and dying my hair.

For the more academic side: anything on development and gender studies.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hitch-hiked from Munich to Slovania, then sailed to Croatia, then hitched back to Munich in four days.
