ABOUT ME

Living in Fort Collins and going to CSU for graduate school studying stream restoration. I went to Penn State for undergrad and grew up in PA.

I love doing really anything outdoors. I will try anything once, and then again a year later to see if anythings changed, and then again every once in a while just to check. I love food. I am not a solo traveler, if I have to travel somewhere alone, I find myself going into stores or coffee shops just to talk to the people that work there for social interaction. I love music, but I sadly don't know how to play any instruments, but I did just learn how to whistle.

I may be able to accept guests, but not a guarantee. If not and if I'm free I'd definitely show you around, grab a coffee or a beer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed when I studied abroad in Dublin in Brussels and London and it was fantastic. I'm only sorry I didn't hear about couchsurfing sooner. I've also met up with a handful of cool couchsurfers traveling alone to different cities.

兴趣

My favorite thing to do is ski. In general, I like outdoor things - hiking, biking, backpacking, kayaking.. I've recently gotten into triathlons as well.

I also recently have been introduced to the huge world of board games. I never realized there were so many out there outside of monopoly/sorry/yahtzee.. Can be fun on a gloomy afternoon.

I like trying new things, new foods, meeting new people, visiting new places

I like to think I have a good sense of humor and can generally make people laugh. I tend to be a pretty sarcastic person. I like to go out for drinks every now and then, but I also love the nights in watching movies or sitting around a fire.

I have seen many many movies because that is my family's favorite activity when we're together, might be lame but it has been a tradition. I am terrible at picking favorites though so I won't even try.

I love indie/folky music. I also listen to a bunch of random genres. I am generally open to most music. I love listening to live music. I'm also pretty obsessed with http://en.blogotheque.net/

Living in Dublin was amazing.. everyone's so friendly and its a beautiful country.

Traveling to Sierra Leone right before the ebola outbreak was heartbreaking.

I'm in love with the Rockies and most of Colorado.. my dream was to live here, and now I do. Favorite place so far hands down is Telluride, too bad it's so pricy

I went on an 11-day backpacking trip through New Mexico that I did with some friends a few summers ago that was pretty rad.

I'll teach you to ski (pretty much the only thing I'm decent at). I'm generally a quick learner and love learning new things. I'm always up for sharing stories and interests.
