HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the opportunity to host and be hosted and think it's important to do both well. It feels so good to be taken care of when you are away from your home base and I like to help others feel comfortable the way others have helped me. I've always offered my space up and am glad for the help of CS in doing so!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Really love the experiences I have had through CS though I am still a newbie at this point. How great is it to have global community support like this for travelers!

Interests

Interested in anything interesting which is everything! I enjoy making things, cooking, baking and subsequently eating. Adventure is my favorite. Snowboarding, fly fishing, dancing, yoga and any way I can use my body!

Documentaries, comedies, romance anything clever and well-written. I LOVE the band Railroad Earth and have some other favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam with Sea Turtles in Mexico, by chance really. It was a magical feeling being a part of the ocean for a few hours and peeking in on their world.

Teach, Learn, Share

As I've said, I love to cook and bake and mix drinks. I also know a tiny bit about plants and medicinal plants, am a facilitator for Reiki, home brew kombucha, garden, tie flies, pickle, fish, and others! I always love to learn about almost anything but lately I have been gearing up for home brewing sake as well as kimchi and possibly sourkraut.
I also really love to swim and know some good spots. The ocean here is really great too!
