I have co-hosted a few times with my friend and have had some great experiences from that! I have yet to have my own couch surfing experience but I look forward to hosting soon!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On a road trip from LA to Minneapolis, somewhere in Nevada, I saw something in the middle of the road ahead. We were going about 85 mph when I swerved out of the way to avoid what I had decided in a split second was a bag of puppies. I over corrected and we spun out of control in the middle of the interstate before sliding safely into the ditch. It was not a bag of puppies. It was something made of foam that blew away. In hindsight I can't explain the decision making process involved but I am amazed that we came away without a scratch.
