ABOUT ME

I have absolutely fallen head over heels in love with traveling. I love experiencing new places and different cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

Be open to new experiences and new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used couch surfing when I studied abroad and found it to be a great experience. I will continue to use couch surfing when I travel. I live with roommates so hosting people is dependent upon the situation, but I am always open to requests.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used couch surfing once when I was in Hungary and again in Italy. Both times I had a fantastic experience and met really interesting people.

Interests

Archaeology, traveling, history, pretty much anything. Want to learn to Scuba dive.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studying abroad in Bulgaria was an amazing experience for me. I was able to see so many new things and meet different people. One of the greatest things to me was interacting with people in an area where English was not widely spoken. It was an eye opening experience for me and made life a constant adventure.

I currently work at the American Red Cross and the moments that I have been part of helping a family who has lost everything to a fire or tornado have been some of the most humbling experiences I have had.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have had many experiences so far that have shaped how I see my life. I have lived in multiple parts of the country and my travels around Eastern Europe during study abroad have given me many many stories.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Macedonia, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine

Countries I’ve Lived In

Bulgaria, United States
