About Me

ABOUT ME
Instagram: @kelsikristensen

I was born in San Diego, moved to Minnesota, and grew up in Colorado. I got my associate's degree on the north shore of Hawaii, spent a semester at ISCTE Business School in Lisbon, Portugal, and got my degree in business marketing from the BYU Marriott School of Management with a minor in Portuguese. I was an LDS missionary in São Paulo, Brazil for 2 years and returned to Brazil to work at the FIFA 2013 Confederations Cup & 2014 FIFA World Cup in Salvador, Brazil.

I currently work for a non-profit that takes teenagers on humanitarian trips around the world. I have planned trips to Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Cape Verde, DR, Ecuador, Ghana, Mexico, Paraguay, and Peru. I recently started my own non-profit that takes volunteers to work with refugees in Greece, Jordan, and Italy.

I am recently married and met my husband, Kästle, as snowboarding extras on set of a Disney Channel Original movie at Brighton Ski Resort, called Cloud 9. Kastle is pronounced Kes-lee, so we pretty much have the same name. Kas is an avid skater, snowboarder, dirtbiker, and outdoors lover. He served a mission in New Zealand, studies Outdoor Product Design and is a freelance product designer. Our side hustle is making handmade bolo ties. We had a baby, Kairo, on May 14 and we are obsessed with him.
