I'm trying to live up to my reputation of a globetrotter and learn a thing or two while I'm at it. I'm open-minded and tolerant (that is I don't mind if you're small, obese, homosexual, black, muslim, communist or a combination of the aforementioned) but I prefer my guests (and hosts) to be mentally sane. I'm not demanding and I can adapt. I can enjoy a calm eye-to-eye conversation over a glass of beer or head out to an out-of-control house party. That said, I like people and people generally like me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to spend time with people staying over at my place and I expect the guests to let me show them around. The same applies to hosts, I prefer if they have time to introduce me to their way of life.
Every single guest and host I had the honour to meet in 7+ years were exceptional and awesome individuals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2009, I traveled by land from Prague to Beijing and back via Kiev, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, Harbin, Ulaanbaatar, Ulan-Ude, Novosibirsk, Yaroslavl and Riga.

In 2007, I traveled from Prague to Andalucia and back using my Ford Fiesta 1.25l. During that time, I stopped in Barcelona and explored it barefoot.

I licked my own elbow once.
