About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live forever

ABOUT ME

I grew up in the Boston area but when I was 26 I moved to Arizona in search of a decent job. I ended up working in the semiconductor field for 6 years and traveled throughout the US and then a bit in Asia. In the year 2000 returned home for 2 years, but in spite of having a great job I just couldn´t do it anymore.

In March of 2003 I walked into my boss´ office and told him I was quitting. I packed up my rusting Nissan Pickup truck, debated whether the mountain bike should make the trip with me, and headed to Baja California.

7 years later I am still on the road. The truck got stolen in Guadalajara and my brother gave the mountain bike away. I have settled down though, and live with my girlfriend in an apartment in Tucuman, Argentina.

I work as a freelance web programmer.

PHILOSOPHY

I am not sure if I have one. Give me a few days to think about this one...

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like to read but it seems that all I read lately is technical stuff. I find the Russian novelist the best, but also the most depressing.

Any movie that is not a Hollywood blockbuster is good by me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 1998-1999 I took a year sabbatical and traveled around the world. I then came home to my job and they sent me on the road for another year. I have never wanted to go home since.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to cook.
I can make websites.
I can't play football.

Countries I’ve Visited

Chile, India, Mexico

Countries I’ve Lived In

Israel, Malaysia, United States
