Greetings, Elena and I are warm open people that love to treck about our planet and meet new folks. We have been part of the couch surfing and other open communities for the last several years. We both travel all over the place for work, Elena tends to have a better travel schedule taking her all over Europe and South America. I find myself in Seattle and California often. We find our selves hosting more than surfing but hoping to change that with our upcoming honeymoon around the world trip.

We love hosting parties of any variety, one of our favorites is our annual grilled cheese competition chicagogrilledcheese.com. 我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We are on couchsurfing because just like you we love to meet new people and have met some close friends allover the world because of this community. Elena grew up in a house with an open door policy to guest and frequently came home to strangers sleeping on the couch. It's a family tradition.

兴趣

We love to hike, bike, cook, drink & make cocktails, dance, rock climb (although mostly in the gym when in Chicago), throw pottery, take pictures, tinker and build stuff, have picnics in the park with our hammocks and slackline, and do just about anything adventurous.
