About Me
Hi! I’m Kendall Kane and I’m currently traveling in Bolivia and Peru. I love to learn languages and one of my goals for this trip is to practice my Spanish!
I traveled to lots of different countries and made connections with people all over the world. I’ve had several positive Couchsurfing experiences in Europe and Mexico - I love the chance to meet and get to spend some time with a local as I’m visiting new places.
I love to cook, do yoga, and play outside. I currently work as an outdoor educator in Colorado where I take students 5-18 years old on fun hiking and snowshoeing adventures in the Rocky Mountains.
On my travels I love to meet new people, try new food, and explore the amazing landscapes that different places have to offer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling and I love meeting new people. What better way to travel than to stay with and get to know locals as I go along? I've had such a blast couchsurfing my through Europe both through this site as well as the old fashioned way - staying with friends or friends of friends (of a cousin of my host mom's sister's roommate, you get the picture). I've stayed with hosts and met with CS'ers from all different walks of life, and thus far all of them have had an overwhelming positive affect on my life -and I'd hope they'd say the same about me! I'm on couchsurfing to meet more of these people, and in doing so make the very most of my travels.
Interests
I love swapping stories over a cup of coffee with good company, I love dogs, and I LOVE traveling and the people I meet on my travels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
'Amazing' is a lot, I'm more of an 'odd tiny adventure' kind of gal.
One of my favorites would have to be scaling the side of a little mountain to get to the castle that was on top in Sargans, Switzerland where my friend and I had 2 hours of transfer time between trains at 3AM. It turned out there was a little cleared path down one side, which we gratefully made use of on our way back down.
