Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As of right now, I'm mostly on Couchsurfing for when I go out of town for concerts. Living in Spokane, having to travel to Seattle or Portland to see an artist I love isn't uncommon, but why pay $50+ a night to sleep at a hotel, when there are amazing people out there who would lend a girl their couch for the night?
