ABOUT ME

20-something Canadian gay male currently living and working in Manchester UK (with plans to move to Melbourne, Australia at the end of the year!). I would describe myself as someone who is a very laid-back and chilled out kind of person, I tend to make friends fairly easily and can get on with just about anyone I feel. Being born out of an interracial relationship (mother is a caucasian French Canadian, and father was a black Trinidadian) I was exposed to different things and I get a lot of joy through experiencing and learning about other cultures and their customs, so I take any chance I can get to explore and travel! Always up for a good laugh and you can usually find me doing such :) I have a fun and sarcastic sense of humour and enjoy making others laugh as well. Always up for a good time!

PHILOSOPHY

I don't think I live my life by a certain mantra or philosophy per se, but I just try my best to get out there and LIVE, simple as that. The possibilities are endless and I try my best to step outside my comfort zone and explore, you never know you may up end striking gold. I like to make people smile and feel good about themselves, and try to inject positive energy into any environment I am in :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably deciding to drop everything I had going on back home in Canada, and moving to the UK. I had a comfortable life back home, but I knew in my heart that I wanted to travel, see, and do more!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, I hope that I can share my travel stories with my host(s) to begin with. Learn about my culture and where I come from and I would love to learn about them as well. I am a pretty decent cook and currently my favourite thing to make would be a pretty amazing tuna and spinach salad ;) ...so yeah I would love to share food, music, life stories, basically whatever is up for grabs!
