ABOUT ME

We are a 30-something married Canadian couple with two young boys, currently living in Kabwe, Zambia. Jeremy is a mechanical engineer and Kendra is an occupational therapist. We're a pretty friendly pair and are a healthy mix of outgoing and homebodies. We are working as missionaries in Zambia and are always happy to meet new people!

We are very new to CS but have heard some great things from other hosts and thought we'd give it a try!

Interests

We very much love spending time outdoors, going on long canoe trips, and exploring our new home in Zambia. The two of us greatly enjoy finding and preparing new recipes together (as well as scouting out many of the small, international grocery stores around the city to find our ingredients). Jeremy loves to play guitar, mandolin, harmonica and bass and Kendra is a sewer and lover of plants. Our boys are a lot of fun and take up too much time :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kendra: spent 3 months living in the Darien Jungle in Panama and truly learned to `rough it`! I`ve jumped out of a plane on my own and enjoyed some beautiful sunrises in our breathtaking Canadian bush.

Jeremy: grew up in Venezuela and spent a lot of time snorkeling and hiking with my family.
