Hi! nice to meet you guys. My name is Kengo, I'm a 22 yeas old, university student in Japan. I live in Tokyo and studying(?) economics. I've been living in Japan most of my life, but I was in Singapore 6 years until 8 years old.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Now I'm traveling south america. I started my travel from ushuaia, and will go to north until I get to Mexico. I'm using couchsurfing because I want learn many things in other countries (like culture, city, people and especially, food!!) from the locals. I guess it will be boring just to travel using hotels and go places for tourist, not knowing the real lives there. Also, I want to learn spanish and use when I get a job in my future!

Ahorita, estoy viajando sudamerica. Empiezé de usuaia, voy a ir norte y norte y norte y llegar México, y regresar a japón. Usando couchsurfing porque quiero saber las cosas (cultura, ciudad, gente, y comida!!) con las personas locales. Yo creo que sólo viajar usando los hostales y yendo los lugares en las guía está aburrido. ¡Además, usando esta oportunidad aprenderé español y deseo usar en futuro para mi trabajo!

Interests

The thing that interests me most is to see things I've never seen, especially seeing animals! Also I like to see beautiful scenery, because I didn't get out of Japan many times and all of the nature in foreign countries are surprisingly fresh for me. It may sound a bit weird but I like to help people and share happy times with everyone around me too(maybe as many Japanese do). Oh, and I must tell that eating delicious foods is the most important thing in my life!!

La cosa me interesa más es ver cosas nunca visto, espacialmente animales! Y los paisajes bonitos también me interesa porque salía de japón pocas vezes, entonces los naturalesas en las países extrañas son muy muy frescos. Además de estos, me gusta ayudar otras personas y repartir los tiempos divertidos (tal vez como otros japoneses). Ah, debo decir que comer las comidas ricas es la más importante en mi vida!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like Japanese musics (sorry, but I don't know many anime songs, just J-pop) and pop musics in English. I'm trying to listen spanish songs to learn spanish, but it's still a bit difficult for me XO I've used to see few movies, so I guess I can't talk much about it. However, I can recommend you many good Japanese movies (and songs)!

Me gusta escuchar las músicas japonesas y inglesas (perdon, no sé mucha sobre la música de anime).Estoy probando la música española para aprender, pero todavía dificil para mí. No he visto muchas películas, pero creo que puedo recomendar buenas películas (y músicas) japonesas!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I guess I can tell things about cultures in Japan and other asian countries which would be very interesting for you. And I really want to experience many things that local people recommend me. I have a time because I'm planning to travel until August, so maybe I can do some activities with you. If you want, I can teach you Japanese too haha
