Overview
About Me
Made in Japan and processed in New York City. You can take a boy out of an island but cannot take an island out of a boy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In my teen and 20s', I encountered people who were welcoming enough to let me stay at their places (didn't have Couchsurfing back then) and showed me around as I traveled. I would like to return the favor to similarly minded folks. I enjoyed and still enjoy sharing cultures (food, language, philosophy, etc.) with people of all backgrounds.
I often travel to Europe a lot (mostly Köln, Germany), and would be great if we can do couch swap. I like the concept of CS and would like to meet similarly minded individuals. I'm relatively easy going and openminded enough to do Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books
For the most part, I like to listen to Jazz (I do appreciate good house music and indies). Books, I don't read well enough but the most recent book I enjoyed reading was thinking fast and slow by Daniel Kahneman, currently working on Grant by Ron Chernow.
