I've been on this site a while now and I've begun to see a reoccurring point of concern for hosts; they don't want to be treated as though they are a hotel. I completely agree and hope that my small amount of references does not serve as a deterrent. My goal is to be more than a tourist. I truly want to understand other people's perspectives, share a meal with someone who is not like me, and make friends!
