ABOUT ME

My research is my passion. I'm working in the intercultural communication field. Actually, I am dealing with how cultural and philosophical backgrounds (french and japanese) can help building up new communication spaces and dynamics in order to renew the actual self-destructive debates on environmental issues.
Otherwise, I am a positive person, people say, always enjoying each moment of life. I am friendly and willing to maintain this friendship through time.

PHILOSOPHY

"Each one of us has its own purpose for acting". Surelly a bad translation of what I am thinking in French right now... No judgement can be done on anybody before having in thought all the variables of its life (which is, therefore, almost impossible). So... no judging at all !!
This is also a kind of research leitmotiv, which forces you to go deeper and deeper in the understanding someone, some people or a culture as a whole. I truly think, which is maybe a mistake, that what I am doing may one day help dialog processes in the decision making for the future accession to a more knowledgeable humanity ("keep on dreaming" some would say... but I'd rather answered : "for sure I will mate !" ;) ).
I'd say that my feelings are summarized in a double-binding one : the limitless curiosity I have for the "love" (I don't know any other word to describe this strange human ability) that people are capable of. As well as the perpetual astonishment for human violence which may roots itself, maybe, somewhere close to the previous one.

I am willing, with many friends of me, from almost everywhere on this planet, to enlarge this international community with sharing our open mind attitudes as well as offering a place to stay to occasional and/or committed Couchsurfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Many, because of the incredible openness one can sees in everyone's heart. Just need to find the right key ;) Each one was unique, and I can't prefer one especially (neither I can wait until the next one !)

Music, guitar, sport (tennis), mountain and riding, cooking, books books and books, knowledge, curiosity (that's my favorite human attitude !) and, last but not least, travelling !!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

My educational and professional training is to learn, teach and share/exchange in order to start the same process and diffuse it all over again. These are exactly three fundamentals for any researcher I think, plus humility.

My "speciality" is intercultural communication, philosophy of communication.
