Overview
About Me
Few promoters have the claim of having hosted tens of thousands of people in their 24 year career, and counting. Kennedy Carr has been a longtime event producer, promoter, creator of art instalations and sacred enviorments of interaction for exceptional individuals through transformational festivals and conscious events from Oregon. California, Nevada, Arizona, Mexico to Nicaragua.
Under Sarva Dharma Productions, Kennedy has produced hundreds of events of a wide spectrum, that have included live and electronic music artists, educators, yoga instructors, elders, artisans from around the world, and the hearts and souls of all the involved.
Through the principles of all-inclusive collaboration, Kennedy is at the forefront of a global network of individuals who have dedicated their lives to social well-being and the instruction of the many, through art, love and space-holding.
During his six years as Content Curator for Sacred Spaces Village at Burning Man (2010-2015), Kennedy dedicated himself to a year-round engagement that included fundraising, networking, stage production and booking with the purpose of providing one of the most iconic social landmarks of this festival ever had throughout the years. This effort came hand-to-hand with his stage management and production work with the Bhakti/Shakti Fest in Joshua Tree, California (2009-2018) and Raw Spirits Festivals (2005-2009) which saw thousands of souls come through the space. In addition, he served as an Editor at Large for Vision Magazine and worked as a promoter and publicist for San Diego's World Beat Cultural Center in Balboa Park.
Kennedy has lived a rich and eventful life, always guided by his firm conviction that we are at the cusp of an evolutionary transformation as a species, in which the values and the fabric of society is shifting, and while the forces of the old system are still strong and pervasive, through space-holding and space-creation we can create the model for his vision of a better world.
