About Me

I am an easy going person. Nothing really bothers me. I love trying new things, meeting new people, and making new memories. I love to drink, party, read books, keep up with the news, go to football/basketball games, go to musicals/plays, work out, do yoga, bike, lounge and do nothing. If someone somewhere can enjoy it, then I can too!

PHILOSOPHY

We are in control of how our lives turn out. We are, foremost, answerable to ourselves. Live a life you're proud of.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My best friend introduced me to couchsurfing. We hosted three different groups of people at our place during the summertime and it was a total blast. The people were interesting, warm, and down to have fun. Just my type of people.

First group was from the Czech Republic. Good group of girls that totally dug the Southern California lifestyle. Drinking wine at Manhattan Beach over a full moon. Pretty cool.

Second group was a couple from Germany. Schnitzel and a mini Lost marathon to break up sightseeing and touring.

Third group from Eastern Europe. We went to a beach bonfire Meetup party. Very verycool

Music, Movies, and Books

The Wire is the best show I have ever seen and can truly say it changed my perspective and made me a better person.

The Song of Ice and Fire series (Game of Thrones) got me into reading and I am very appreciative.

I have read all of Malcolm Gladwell's books. Great writer.
