I travel to have something to write about, to think, to laugh, to meet, to put something new before my eyes, to put my heart before everything else. I suppose if life itself is the adventure, then travel is a way of living multiple lives.

I love feeling free and having adventures of all sorts: quiet ones, raucous ones, unexpected ones (best kind of all).

I always want to meet more people, hear their stories and jokes and opinions. I love to participate with the rest of the world. I also love to get to know locals wherever I go as much as possible.

Being able to meet other travelers is just wonderful isn't it? This is gonna be fun.

I love reading! I read mostly nonfiction, but my favorite author is Salman Rushdie. I also love Borges, Wallace Stevens, and Saint Exupery among others. I have a deep interest in spirituality of many kinds around the world.

I listen to all kinds of music but I'm in love with flamenco! I also enjoy silence- they say it can be golden.
