My name is Kenneth and I'm 24 years old. I'm born and raised in a small town just outside a small city called Östersund in Sweden. Östersund is located in middle-northern part of Sweden and we have about 50.000 inhabitants. It’s a beautiful city all year around, its even called the Winter City. I work as a IT-technician at a local company and I spend most of my free time either on more work or with friends. My biggest passion in life is traveling so every time I get an opportunity to travel I take it.
I've been to almost half of europe and I've lived in Chicago, IL for about 8 months.

I sometimes play the guitar and I love video games, especially esports. I’ve competed in video games semi-professionally for some time.

Cooking is also a passion of mine. I’m great with classic Swedish dishes but I’m not afraid of trying new stuff.
Food in general is something I find a slot of joy in.

When I have spare time I enjoy doing spontaneous things and whenever I travel I always try to explore and experience new stuff.

I’m calm, collected and I don’t stress in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Initially Couchsurfing was something that I heard of from a friend and thought it could be an interesting choice for traveling. However once I actually created my account and started filling out my profile information I realized that the whole idea really sounds like a lot of fun.
So here I am planning and hoping to host my first surfer very soon!
Eventually I’ll be traveling myself in a couple of months so getting to know how this all works is definitely a priority for me and I can’t find the words do describe how excited I am to get this show on the road.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love EDM, Rock and Metal but I'm pretty much an all-eater so I listen to almost anything!

My favorite types of movies are adventure, drama and action. I’m a guilty Netflix fanatic and the marvel series is love!

My favorite types of books are fiction, drama and romance. I'm in love with the Harry Potter franchise.
Unfortunately I don’t get to read much anymore compared to when I was younger.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved to USA and lived there for 8 months with only 4 weeks of planning. I did everything myself, fee's, tests, visas, apartment and much more. Learned a lot and it was the best experience of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I work with IT so technology is easy for me. I'm pretty good at teaching too so I could always explain how your remote actually works for your TV! Or why not something more advanced like how to configure your own router for best performance and security? ;)

Jokes aside - I'm always willing to learn and I don't mind teaching and sharing my knowledge. Experiences is what I live for.

I'm ok with sharing everything or nothing at all. Whatever floats each other's boats right.
I don't mind buying/cooking food or housing materials just as much as I don't mind sharing a good story over a beer.
