After hitchhiking to Croatia from England for charity I thought I'd try to hitchhike and couchsurf back!

ABOUT ME

I grew up travelling with my family so I've been lucky to see a lot of places and meet a lot of people. As you can see in my hometown section, I don't have one :)

I'm studying business but im trying to come up with ideas on how to use the degree in a positive way - not just for personal gain. I'm finding it very dry and dull but still want to finish it. I like to listen more than to talk even though I have a lot experiences behind me. I'm interested in pretty much most things but I like talking about travel, world politics, family & relationships.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm just trying to be the best version of my self that I can be, being more humble, more understanding, more knowledgable, better company.

Interests

Pretty much everything and anything, but I'd say I'm most interested in international development, travel, I read a lot of world news when I'm at home and I'm trying to get into volunteering more of my time. I've just done a bit of fundraising for Link Community Development so far but I want to start teaching English for free when I get back.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was on my way back from a long night shift working a bar at about 6 am waiting at the lights when a guy stepped out in front of a bus without noticing, I pulled him back just in time and saved his life. We said nothing to each other, just a look of shock a smile a handshake and went separate ways.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share experiences on growing up abroad/what it's like to grow up with no roots, dealing wih heartbreak, missing or troubled siblings and getting over depression and anxiety.

I'd like to learn more about the same topics and also about alternative lifestyles, philosophy, NGO's, international development and from different ways people express themselves.
