ABOUT ME

I love people! I love travelling! I love to discover new things, anything new and different interests me. I crave new experiences :)

I'm a water engineer working in Glasgow, plan to do this for a year and then move to another country, possibly Cananda or South Africa but who knows!

PHILOSOPHY

I live life for a lot of reasons. To have new experiences. To have fun. To achieve things I never thought were possible (in all aspects of life, work, sport etc). To help other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can't host just now because I live at home and don't have a space for people sorry! But for sure I will when I have my own place because I love Scotland and Glasgow so much that I can't wait to host people :D

So for now I want to use couchsurfing to meet people and travel as much as possible!

Interests

I love people and how the interact is really interesting.
I love sports! I play rugby just now but also play football, squash and like to go hill walking for fun.
I love music (see below) and clubbing.
I love getting out in nature for hillwalking, skiing etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music!!! I have spent the last couple of years listening to a lot of dance music and lived in Ibiza last summer. So any form of house and techno!
I also love indie rock although I've not listened to a lot for a while.
I love soul music!!!
And country, rap, hip-hop... don't know if I've forgotten other kinds but I love it all, I don't believe in genres!
I have read a lot of different random books, I like Island by Aldous Huxley!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been to the Gambia 3 short times with a small charity.
Worked on a project in Malawi to develop engineering educational material.
Went to study in France without speaking any French and managed to pass the semester!
Took a helicopter ride above niagra falls.

I have engineering knowledge from my work.
I'm also very confident in life and public speaking so can help with this kind of thing.
