ABOUT ME

What to say? I think just signing up to couch surfing says I'm adventurous and I like traveling, but also I like to meet new people with similar outlooks on life. I love the idea of couch surfing, in that you can meet people who actually live in the cities you're visiting and can maybe show you places most travelers wont see. I think I'm fun and I'm always up for a laugh. I'm very liberal, a strong advocate of human rights, gay rights and marriage equality. If you feel differently we probably wont get along, but I wish the best in your life anyway.

PHILOSOPHY

I often wonder if people ever question why they think the way they think. So many people have learned or taught ideas just handed down from their parents or peers. This is where I think a lot of the hate in the world comes from, old ideas that should have died decades ago being strung along.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done most of my couch surfing in Europe and on occasion in Portland. All the experiences were different and I like that. Thats what its all about, meeting new, different and interesting people.

Interests

I'm a qualified dinghy sailing instructor, but sadly haven't gotten out on the water in nearly a year. I like hiking and cycling. Mostly I love good, intelligent conversation.
