I like to have a good time which can mean anything from experiencing the wonderful awe of our natural environment to just talking and hanging out with awesome people. I am a strict vegetarian meaning that I do not eat any products that come from animals, but have no qualms against staying with someone who does (I just personally will try to avoid consuming animal products as long as possible).

I spend a lot of time working with non-profits (usually my main impetus for travel) and trying to find ways to be of service to the world.

To be part of a force in the world that builds community while removing some of the largest barriers to travel (finding a safe place to stay, keeping travel within the budget, etc).

I like to hike, climb, camp (pretty much anything to do with the outdoors), play music (I play a few different instruments), cook (food is a huge part of my life), and meet new people with interesting stories to share.
