I listen to all kinds of music, and when I like something I can go on listening to it for months without end. I have a soft spot for shoegaze, like Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, Low, etc. At the same time, I can enjoy music played at dance clubs.

Lately I'm into some modern-ish music from Mr Twin Sister, Tamaryn, Tops, Dean Blunt, Still Corners...

Amelie and Donnie Darko are a couple of my favorite movies.
