About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Exploring the world is one of the best ways to feel alive. Finding new adventures and exploring uncharted territories, meeting new people from different cultures and the many aha moments that alter the way we view our lives. Like the Japanese proverb says "The frog in the well, knows not the the vastness of the ocean."
ABOUT ME
Gay guy currently living in Salt Lake City, specifically the Avenues. A designer by trade. Most recently went to Ecuador and had a blast. From biking along the waterfalls to jumping off bridges and eating delicious foods, it was an awesome experience. Can't wait for my next trip wherever that may be!
PHILOSOPHY
Happiness is a choice you make.
Focus on things that you have influence over and the other things will eventually come in balance.
If you do not apply what you learn, You are really not learning.
If you do not do what you know. It's the same as not knowing.
Define your values. Restructure your life around these values.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I currently live in the Avenues. Which is a 10 min walk to down town area. I should be able to host people for a few days at a time. I work during the day so we would have to arrange a schedule but other than that, just message me to see.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've stayed at a few places in Europe so far. I've also hosted a few people. It's been really nice so far and hopefully will meet more fun people in the future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going to Yakushima (an Island in the South of Japan) was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had. Yakushima rains for most of the seasons which causes the trees in the forests to moss over. It's hard to describe the experience but you feel like you are in a mystical island. If you ever have the chance to visit Japan I highly recommend it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Japanese if you want to. I'm fluent but by no means a level to be teaching. But if you want to know some words and phrases, I can always help. I could also teach you knitting if that's something you'd want to try lol
