Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My vacations are typically short and I always want to visit as many places, within that short time, as possible. I am lucky that for the places I've visited, I was either with someone who has gone to that place and knows where to go, or we'd meet someone to tour us around. I probably won't always need to find a place to stay in but would definitely want someone to show me (or us) around if we are new to that place.

Interests

Basketball, volleyball, tennis, snowboarding, ice skating, ultimate frisbee, swimming, cycling, scuba diving (not so much anymore), i like a lot of Sports but i do just ok in most of them.. you get the picture :p

I'm also interested in topics of Philosophy, Global Politics, Sociology and Psychology, and in learning different cultures and languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music-- I like the 90's music, pop rock, and some pop songs. I'm also enjoying Fetty Wap's channel in Pandora lately lol

Movies-- French films, Marvel films and anything that is action-packed and has amazing FX

Books--Philosophical, Sci-Fi and Mystery/Thrillers

stories..and lots of stories lol. Seriously, whenever the host likes to visit NYC, I can always tour them around in exchange. I've probably toured people in NYC more than a dozen times so I know the "essentials" of where-to-go in NYC for tourists.
