ABOUT ME

I consider myself a fun loving pretty easy going person who enjoys meeting new people and experiencing new places. I enjoy many activities including hiking, skiing, snowboarding, hockey, dirt-biking, water sports, and even outings in the city (Breckenridge as well as other local and not so local cities.) -- I am pretty flexible and can enjoy pretty much whatever environment I am in. As a reference, I recently lived in Manhattan, New York for several years before moving to Breckenridge, CO and I like both although they're very different. I still make my occasional trip back to Manhattan to connect with friends and enjoy all that New York has to offer. But in New York City, I can't get thousands of acres of dirt bike trails just a few miles from my home like I have in Breck. My ideal would be to have a home in both places. :) I grew up in the USA but have traveled to many countries and I still enjoy traveling to new places and meeting new people. One thing I treasure most about traveling and interacting with people is that everyone is a student and everyone is a teacher.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about it years ago from a friend who is very involved in Couch Surfing finally pushed me to join just recently. I hosted some people in Manhattan, but have now decided to host some people in Colorado.

Interessi

I am an outgoing and adventurous person who enjoys many activities including biking, surfing, ice hockey, snowboarding, water sports, etc. While there may be some top "tourist" attractions that am interested to see in many places that are new to me, I am most interested in the day-to-day experiences, local people, genuine conversations, and having an enjoyable time.

I've scuba dived, sky dived, and have (unfortunately) seen many a plumber's crack in the streets of Manhattan, to name a few...
