About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I love meeting people from all over the world, even those from not too far away! I believe, even if it may sound utopic, that this is what helps understanding and peace.

ABOUT ME

What interests me most is discovering new cultures, new people. I have the chance to work in an international environment and I find it really interesting to discuss with people almost all over the world. I also try to travel as much as I can. My latest long trip was to New Zealand. Great! Try it if you can!

PHILOSOPHY

Life is interesting only by the interactions with others. Whatever your hobby, your passion, in my opinion, nothing equals the interest of discovering other ways of living, thinking, etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a fairly big house : my 2 girls (26 and 30) do not live at home any more, I am renting 2 rooms, so one room is available for CS. I feel that I could use this space to welcome travellers and exchange.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing experience as a host now for about 5 years. Great opportunity to meet people that you would never have had the chance to meet otherwise!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kaikoura, New Zealand. Just sit on the beach and watch the sun set ...

Teach, Learn, Share

I was part of an association that prepares youngsters to go and live one year in another country in a hosting benevolunt family. This was very interesting since I helped young people from France to prepare for this big adventure and also met youngsters from all over the world that were living this experience in France. Intercultural exchanges seem easy but are not so obvious in the daily life, but that's what makes it so interesting. What do you think?
