Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore, drink, and eat my way through cities of the world. And, find some inspiration to bring home to Phoenix.
ABOUT ME
I am ready to leave my job for a few months to explore food, wine, and culture outside of the United States. I love to travel and am eager to meet native people and explore their respective cultures. I am very into food and wine and want to further educate myself on regional cuisine particularly in coastal cities of Portugal, Spain, and France.
PHILOSOPHY
Practicing living in the moment. Enjoying the beauty in the every day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have yet to participate, but am certain I will once I return. I would love to give back to the travel world what it will give to me.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None thus far, but eager to start.
Interests
Travel, food, wine, restaurants, fashion, reading, and all subcategories. Did I say food and wine? Cooking meals with close friends, good conversation, and Sunday mornings. I also adore the Phoenix sun in the Spring and all the outdoor activities to go along with it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Radiohead, Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Cat Power, Portishead, a lot of classic rock and a little bit of folk. My favorite book of all time is W. Somerset Maugham's 'The Razor's Edge'.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have parasailed over the ocean in Florida, which was quite amazing (and scary!). Watched a mother and baby sheep climb an almost vertical cliff in Ireland. I have been to many music festivals over the years and there is nothing like watching the sun set with thousands of people from all over the world as your favorite band plays. Pretty incredible.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Mexico, Slovakia, Spain, United Kingdom
Countries I’ve Lived In
