About Me
Hello Couch Surfing community,
You could say I'm a classic California blonde...only not.
I love reading about current events, politics, and free market economies as possible solutions to poverty. I ALSO love cats more than most things.
I'm currently studying journalism with a broadcast emphasis at Biola University in La Mirada, CA. I'm double minoring in political science and Biblical studies. Graduation is December 18th, 2015, but who's counting days? (Hint: I am.)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a thrifty college student who loves a bargain and a good story, Couchsurfing is the PERFECT way to meet people while exploring new places.
I love learning about local culture wherever I pass through! Please, tell me your story.
I also hear serial killers are much rarer on Couchsurfing than Craigslist...so that's a plus.
Interests
Cats, Jesus, current events, medium rare steak, kettle corn, Harry Potter, road trips, naps, sunshine, beaches, theology.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I studied in Washington DC last year at the Washington Journalism Center. I lived on Capitol Hill and interned for PBS Religion & Ethics NewsWeekly, and it was the scariest thing I've ever done.
Definitely the best semester of my college experience.
I was also a white water rafting guide and counselor at a camp in Northern CA for a summer. It rocked.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my listening ears and caring heart. I can also share my low-maintanence chillax-ness and some laughs. I love people, straight up.
