ABOUT ME

I'm on a journey and discovering what I really want for my own life. I'm a quiet person at first but I do warm up pretty quickly. I'm a very content person where ever I am; I go with the flow and feel of my surroundings. I find myself to be creative, inventive, and resourceful.
I am not a huge drinker, but I will have an occasional glass of wine or microbrew. I do not smoke cigarettes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All of the experiences I have had so far have been with wonderful hosts that were welcoming and it was very comforting. I may have just met a stranger but I feel I have been with a friend.

Interests

I enjoy cooking, sewing, painting, writing, anything art and expressive, hiking, anything nature, and traveling. I love to visit friends and family.I love making things out of material I have or have recycled.
I would enjoy interaction, like playing games or cards, doing puzzles, or even hiking new trails I have never been on. I would love to go to the nearest farmer's market and pick up some local goodies for making dinner.
I just love seeing new things and drawing in inspiration.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a bit of a challenging thing for me. I enjoy acoustic music because it is easier to comprehend when listening to it for the first time. I could say my taste is like a radio on scan, there are bits and parts that I will hear and even feel but my attention span isn't there. However, I don't mind it at all being in the background.
Movies... love them.
Books, maybe one day I would like to write one, but for now I enjoy heart, art, and travel inspired. I'm always down for a suggestion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Grown up in NH where I enjoyed all four seasons. The leaves changing in the fall, and then the trees covered in white snow is my favorite. I've hiked into the grand canyon and spend a couple nights. And hugged giant trees in california.
 

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach you how to make your own pillows for your couch or how to make your own pesto or pies. Learn: I would love to grow my own food, but I'm never in one place long enough to have a garden. I would love to learn more about the practice of yoga.Share: Any of my passion to make something out of nothing.
