I quit my life in UK last year to do what's always been in my heart, to see more of the world and be freeeeee! I spent 2 and a half years in Asia quite a while back and vowed to myself I'd continue with my journeying.
I'm looking to further expand my mind and be introduced to new experiences. I aim to live consciously and compassionately and am searching for new opportunities to connect with people, places and cultures in order to do this more fully.
I'm currently living and volunteering in a reforestation/water conservation project in India and it feels good to be focussing on ways of giving back to the earth rather than taking!

兴趣

I love to sing and play the guitar and feel music becomes so much more fulfilling when created with others.
I really enjoy being in the sun and in nature!
Some of my favourite things to do are explore my subconscious through free-writing, dream work and creating, as well as connecting with like-minded people to philosophise about the nature of reality.
I've recently started contact improvisation/free dance and find it a great avenue for self-expression and getting rid of pent-up energy!
I have an interest in holistic healing and exploring ideas about the relationship between mind, body and health.

I like music for every mood, but generally prefer more chilled tunes. Really into a guy called Sam Garrett at the mo but other than that my most played music is probably some Portishead or Massive Attack.
I prefer non-fiction; psychology, health, self-help, dreams etc.
Love films, don't love horror/violence!

I'd love to gain some further interests in grounding activities in nature, so am keen to try new sports and outdoor stuff (the scarier the better).
I'd be happy to share some of my guitar knowledge with anyone, although I ain't no pro', I can show some basic chords and how to strum/finger-pick to anyone willing.
I'm really up for learning new painting/drawing styles so tips n tricks would be welcomed.
I'm open to sharing what I know about digging around in the subconscious; lucid dreaming/dream work, free writing/drawing etc.
