Hi my name is Kerstin. I'm just a girl from Germany who wants to see the world. This year I'm doing a trip around the world. During my trip I want to get to know new countries, people and their culture.

I'm fully vaccinated and I also have the booster.

I'm a open-minded, kind and helpful person. I'm always trying to think positive and I believe in the law of attraction.

I grew up on a little farm with three generations. I love to be in the nature and to go hiking.

I'm very sporty. I like to workout, do yoga and go jogging. During my travel I learned how to surf and I'm still trying to improve it. I like to try out any kind of sport. I also have a diving license and during my traveling I love to go diving in beautiful places.

I also like to read, watch movies and spend time with my friends and family. I'm a family person and I have a two year old niece. She is my little sunshine and my favorite person on the world!!
Before traveling I spend a lot of time with her and during my traveling we do videocalls to keep in touch.

I'm a pescetarian. I love to eat and explore new food from other countries. Unfortunately I'm not good at cooking but I like to learn from other people and improve my cooking skills.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I started my trip around the world on the 1st of January. First I visited Mexico. The first three weeks I stayed in Puerto Escondido. There I learned Spanish and did volunteering work with sea turtles. It was one of the best experiences I've had on my trip so far. I also had the opportunity to help in a dog shelter. I really love dogs (Someday I want to have my own dog). After my volunteering I traveled a little bit through Mexico. It was my second time that I visited this beautiful country. The people there are so nice, helpful and open-minded. I also love the mexican food.

After Mexico I traveled to Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Peru, Hawaii, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.

During my traveling I met so many nice people/traveler and I love to talk about traveling experiences and to share travel tips, etc.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to share travel stories. I'm a very good listener and like to get to know people and their life stories. I'm a helpful person. So I don't mind to help in the household. Unfortunately I'm not a good cooker, but I always offer to do the dishes ;-)
