Resumen
Sobre mí
I'm a 26 year old guy currently living in Kuching, Malaysia. I'm working as a doctor here at the general hospital. I studied general medicine for my degree at Nizhny Novgorod, Russia for 6 years. I was born in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
Some would say I am quite reserved but if you get to know me, you would realise I'm totally the opposite and I can be very friendly and fun. I love travelling when the time and budget permits it (haha!) and meeting new people along the way, of course!
My day-to-day routine is pretty standard these days - work, home, sleep, work again. Yeah, boring. But that's the life of a house officer around here. I do go out with friends occasionally to chill. Still pretty new in Kuching, and haven't really got the time to explore the place yet.
PHILOSOPHY
Be the best you can be. Nobody is asking you to be perfect, but try anyways. =D

Intereses
I am an avid reader of fiction, more specifically fantasies and science fictions. But I do also read thrillers, drama, etc.
I enjoy watching movies, TV shows and playing computer games (mainly RPGs like Diablo, Dragon Age, Skyrim, etc).
I like to travel to new places, especially places with some history, culture, beautiful sceneries and architecture.
I have been involved in social and humanitarian work right from childhood (through my parents) and right through school, college and university.

Música, películas y libros
Movies - just way too many, but I prefer sci-fi, fantasy and action. Of course I don't mind romantic comedies once in a while too. I watch English, Tamil, Bollywood (Hindi) films.
Music - I prefer bands like Simple Plan, Nickelback, Daughtry but I like the songs of Rihanna, Chris Brown, Gavin Degraw, and others too. I also listen to a lot of Tamil and Hindi songs, although my understanding of the latter language is poor but hey, who said you need to understand music to enjoy it! Music is a language on its own! =D
Books - too many as well! I've read all the Potter books, most of Tolkien's books (Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Silmarillion, etc), Star Wars, Narnia, Wheel of Time, etc. I also have read other fictions, like Nicholas Spark's books (A Walk to Remember, A Bend in the Road, The Last Song, The Guardian), Dan Brown's books (The Da Vinci Code, The Lost Symbol), and many more!
Series - too many! At the moment I'm watching Game of Thrones, Supernatural, Grey's Anatomy, Arrow, etc.
Algo increíble que he hecho
One of the amazing things I have seen - the sunset at the westernmost point of mainland Europe in Cabo da Roca, Portugal. Breathtaking!
I also went on a 11-day humanitarian mission trip to Bihar, India in 2011 where I learned how sometimes, even when it seems like you don't have anything, it's the little things that matter and gives you hope and happiness and still makes you feel like you can conquer the world! There were of course, other reasons that made this trip "memorable". Like for example, the train we were supposed to take from Calcutta to Bihar got canceled because there was a collision between two trains somewhere else, resulting in coaches falling off into ravines, etc. That could have been us if we had traveled one day earlier. So we had to take a minibus instead on a 19 HOURS journey on very, very poorly maintained roads. Most of us were sick by the time we reached our destination. Oh and since it was slightly rainy, during one trip to a village, our jeep got stuck in the mud, that was mixed with cow dung as there were plenty of cows around. At least I got splattered trying to push the jeep only well, ALL OVER MY BODY/CLOTHES. A friend of mine got some in his mouth. Never asked him how mud and cow dung together tasted like though.
I did mention that I study in Russia right? I survived -35°C in winter! =D
Had a great summer trip backpacking in Europe in the summer of 2013 for 43 days!
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I can share with you my experiences so far on my travels, though to be quite frank I have not been to many places yet. If you're interested in learning the Russian language, well at least, the basic gist of it, I can help you out there as well!
