I travel to acquire an independent taste for food, i think of farmers who grow my food in high and low altitudes. I do not not look for extravagance in food and love simple conversation about food. All my life i've lived in a concrete jungle and i was curious to know how people lived differently from me. i took a break from normal life to go places and saw that everywhere culture and conversation was uniquely special which brought me new perspective to my life without being condemning of one's view but to grow interest in different people and their own stories. overtime i developed empathetic intelligence when all was said and done and learned to cope better in this changing world. But of course there were somedays i wish didn't look at the finer details of life but to just stay on the couch watch tv and to have my cheese burger and fries home delivered and to stay in desolation.

I have a special interest for fermented food, Millets and grains used in local cuisines. slow cooked meat or vegan food. I'm more of a listener than a talker and listening to people and their experience in life
