ABOUT ME

I'm a recent graduate from Belmont University with a major in public relations and minor in journalism / marketing. I'm a writer, thinker, dreamer, sister, friend, aunt (to the cutest nephew), cook, nutritionist-buff and perpetual academic. I am the middle of 5 children, and I absolutely love the chaos that comes with a big family and so many people surrounding me.

Alright now that's the basics are out of the way, let's get to some bullet points:
--I love to travel, but so do you...that's why we're on this site in the first place!
--I am a perpetual wonderer and learner...I love absorbing any information about culture, history or just talk about a destination
--I refuse to believe there are only 24 hours in a day...there's just so much I want to do.
--I'm at that stage in life where I actually have no concrete plans. Most people freak at that discovery, but I love it: I am willing to learn whatever, go wherever, and discover all I can.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life for myself. It is easy to become absorbed with what everyone else is doing, but it is much more fun to become absorbed with things that make me feel whole...and that is what I intend to do all the days I am privileged to do so. This is not meant in a selfish way (because I devote much of my energy and time into my passions, my family and my friends) but I refuse to live my life as if I am waiting on validation...I validate myself, and that makes me happy.
