Overview
About Me
I envision living in a world world in which people have connected deeply with their singular, remarkable experience of life and themselves, and communicate with others in rich and generous ways. Everything I do - whether writing, coaching, or building companies - revolves around building that world with care, curiosity, and conviction.
PHILOSOPHY
That we author everything in our lives -- nothing is accidental, and the bit of breeze that just tickled your face? Yeah, that's a part of you.

Interests
FUN, people, running, writing poetry (polychromasoul.blogspot.com), accountability, boots and hats, chess, basketball, MOTORCYCLES, cooking, a hefty laugh, silence/meditation, tea ceremonies, cracker ceremonies, really cold water, swaying trees, I actually really like doing the dishes, climbing things, seeing the world, and last but not least, people (especially the vulnerable ones).

Music, Movies, and Books
I honestly haven't been listening to music that much these days--I've been preferring quiet. That being said, latest albums to sounds to move me: Destroyer, Frank Ocean, Kanye, Chet Faker, the National, Twin Shadow, SZA, Kelela, the War on Drugs, etc.
Movies... I just saw Biutiful, which was, well..
Books-- I was an English major, but most recently I read Tribes by Seth Godin, Shambala Way of the Sacred Warrior, the Go-Giver, and Meditations by Auerlias
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitch-hiking into Northern Iraq. OH-HA.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking skills!
Not too shabby flatware scrubbage.
