I am just a friendly college student who is looking to get to know people from all over the world. I like to have fun going out to dinner or a bar and getting to know how people live in their country as well as also getting to know the cultural and historic side of a place I visit.

I am also an aspiring entrepreneur and love to hear new ideas that can change society as a whole. I love hearing people's stories and getting to know them because you never know what story is behind every face.

I'm currently taking a year to study in France. I will be in Lyon until this May and would like to get to know more people there as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to join the couchsurfing community in order to get to know people across the globe. Whenever I travel, I always try to get the local's perspective on their own city to get a more authentic and enjoyable experience. I believe that is the best way to really get to know a city and a great way to meet new people.

Interests

I love different foods and drinks, anything in the culinary area. I enjoy going out to the different sites a city has to offer and I am a curious person, so I like to see the odd and not as known places in a city. I like the outdoors and getting to experience what nature has to offer.

I also like sustainable design especially referring to housing and new technologies that can make people's lifestyles better.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to all types of music. It is a great way to get to know different types of cultures and peoples and I just enjoy listening to all the different types of music there are simply out of curiousity.

As far as books I have to say Thoreau is one of my favorites along with more contemporary works on breakthrough innovations and anything that can offer a different perspective on life.
