I love building community. I believe in the way that Permaculture says we can live. I am trying to help create a world where true sustainability exists. I have been concerned about the environment since I went to university. I believe that all living things are equal, so I try to live a life that embodies this belief.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I go traveling I would like to connect with locals, to learn what they like to do. What they love about their city and country. I would like to try and offer the same. Also, it can be expensive to travel, so its nice to help make visiting a little more accessible!

Interests

Gardening, anything outdoors, yoga, Permaculture, cycling, poetry, books, supporting local, cooking, dance, theater and music (especially live). I play some guitar, drums and I like to sing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Over the last 2 years I managed a garden that directly supplied a conscious eatery. I was able to supply the restaurant with enough veggies that they stopped ordering several things. :-)
