Overview
About Me
I'm a real estate developer and general contractor. So if you are into historic architecture, interior design, or even excel sheets and finance I can talk shop with you.
I travel often and have a small office in Knoxville, TN that I can host at. It is perfect for someone that wants to fly in cheaply to McGee Tyson Airport on Allegiant and head to the mountains to check out Cades Cove, Grotto Falls (waterfall you can walk behind), or even Rocky Top - where one of the best college football fight songs was ever written.
The office has a small bed and is sparsely furnished, but it has hi-speed wi-fi for people that need to work remotely. It also has a nice shower with a jacuzzi tub for after a long day of hiking.
The office is located next to The University of Tennessee's sorority village, so it is a pretty safe area even if the building it is in isn't the most amazing spot to look at.
Depending on the season, I have a boat and house in West Knoxville. Definitely depends on my availability, but it is always a great time to go to all the different restaurants and boat docks along the water to catch live music, a bite to eat, or a drink or two.
I used to be a pro open water swimmer and swam in college, so if you like to do yoga, play tennis, swim, bike, hike, or kayak I would probably be a good host for you.
