I love plants, animals, and fungi; as allies as nourishment. I'm into nutrition, foraging, and am a trained chef. I believe in having awareness about the foods we eat, and the environments they come from. What we consume to survive are our equals, we are no better than the life which sustains us.

I love to build things. I am generally a hands on learner and feel best when I'm working with my hands and body, especially outdoors and with natural materials, but I can get dirty once in a while.

I am a musician. I play guitar, drums, sing, and play a bit of harmonica.

I have a cat named taco and I love to dance.
